Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, real estate, or property operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and formula auditing.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly property financials, rent rolls, occupancy, collections, and operating expenses.
• Compare actual results against budgets and prior periods, flag variances.
• Assist with annual budgets and three-year forecasts using historical data and assumptions.
• Prepare portfolio reports and maintain accurate property-level data.
• Coordinate document collection for audits, tax returns, and lender/investor reporting.
• Support property-review calls and follow up on action items.
