Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the monthly close, prepare financial statements, and support the asset portfolio accounting. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in a mid-sized corporate environment and strong MS Office skills.

The ideal candidate will assist with reconciliations, collaborate with other departments, and help improve procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This is an on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in a mid-sized corporate environment or similar.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
• Assist with timely reporting of monthly financial information and reconciliations.
• Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues.
• Support internal controls and improve efficiency of financial processes.
• Coordinate with retained audit firm for year-end audit.
