Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Greenland, NH to oversee building assets and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and operational excellence. The role involves coordinating with vendors, leading a store team, and prioritizing work orders to meet PM and financial goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and technical training or experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry, plus strong communication and tool skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Basic technical skills and experience working with property assets.
• Proficiency with power tools and HVAC equipment.
• Strong vendor management and accountability skills.
• Effective communication and ability to use technology and multiple devices.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities independently.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and systems.
• Review and complete work orders, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and hold them accountable for timely, quality service.
• Lead and train store team on safety procedures and asset care.
• Balance PM priorities with store goals and escalation when needed.
• Assist in special projects, remodels, and asset strategies with PM partners.
