Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in asset management, laboratory operations, equipment coordination, logistics or a comparable coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience owning a data record set and being accountable for its accuracy.
• Experience coordinating physical equipment moves, installations or decommissioning in a regulated or laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Own asset onboarding: verify arrival against purchase, create asset record with complete data.
• Coordinate decommissioning and retirement, close out contracts and maintain records.
• Plan and execute laboratory moves and relocations with staff, vendors and engineers.
• Manage change intake: triage requests, route to right function and track to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy: reconcile asset records and close gaps.
• Uphold safety on moves and removals, verify decontamination and hazard status.
• Escort and host third-party personnel in client laboratories and equipment areas.
