Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Lifecycle and Relocations Coordinator to own the asset lifecycle at a Johnson & Johnson site, from onboarding to retirement. You will verify arrivals, create complete records, coordinate installation and handover, and ensure data accuracy across the system.

You will orchestrate offboarding, donations and transfers, laboratory moves, and change management intake, working with engineers, vendors and lab staff to maintain safety, compliance and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in asset management, laboratory operations, equipment coordination, logistics or a comparable coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience owning a data record set and being accountable for its accuracy.
• Experience coordinating physical equipment moves, installations or decommissioning in a regulated or laboratory environment.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or asset register, including creating and maintaining records.
• Working knowledge of GxP requirements, decontamination practice and laboratory documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Own asset onboarding, including verification against purchase records and complete data in the system of record.
• Coordinate decommissioning of instruments leaving service and close out related contracts and maintenance plans.
• Plan and coordinate laboratory moves and relocations within the site, including requalification or recalibration when needed.
• Own asset change request intake, triage requests and route to the right function, tracking through to closure.
• Provide asset data for audits, entitlement reviews, budget cycles and contractual reporting.
