Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related IT experience.
• 2+ years asset management experience in medium-to-large environments (500-2000 workstations).
• Experience managing hardware inventories and asset tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Experience receiving, tagging, tracking, and documenting technology assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for technology assets across the organization.
• Track hardware orders, shipments, deployments, and asset lifecycle activities.
• Receive inbound equipment and assign asset tags, barcode labels, and IDs.
• Maintain inventory of computers, monitors, printers, docks, cables, peripherals, and parts.
• Coordinate hardware distribution, deployment, replacement, and retirement activities.
