Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Raleigh, NC, is hiring for an on-site IT Asset Management role. You will manage the full hardware lifecycle for end-user devices, from cradle-to-grave, and ensure accuracy of asset records. You will work with ITSM, governance teams, and internal infrastructure to improve asset processes.

The role requires experience with HAM, ServiceNow, and strong data discipline in a regulated financial environment. You will support Windows, macOS, iOS, SCCM, and Intune across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management in regulated environments.
• Strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with hardware disposal and IT security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Review hardware requests and assess alignment with hardware standards.
• Evaluate hardware purchasing requirements through reporting and inventory management.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and manage full hardware lifecycle for end-user devices.
• Maintain hardware inventory to support normal operations and DR requirements.
• Assist associates with hardware ordering and escalate issues to ITSM/governance teams.
• Coordinate asset management activities: pickup requests, reclamation, quality checks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on process improvements for Asset Management.
• Support HAM and related workflows in ServiceNow; work independently to resolve issues.
