Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Asset Event Manager & Planner to own the full lease asset lifecycle from forward demand planning through lease execution and return.

You will maintain an 18-month forecast, coordinate with maintenance and legal teams, manage deliveries, billing, and redeployment, while ensuring data accuracy across AvSight and Traxxall and serving as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in aviation operations, planning, leasing, or a client-facing asset management role.
• Ability to manage a dynamic forward schedule and complex, multi-party transactions from initiation through close.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple assets, timelines, stakeholders, and active lease events concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging technical, commercial, and customer-facing audiences.
• Proficiency with planning, scheduling, or operational documentation systems; able to learn proprietary platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling 18-month forecast of lease asset demand and coordinate with the JSSI Technical team on scheduled maintenance events, customer contracts, and anticipated requirements.
• Build and manage the asset availability schedule, tracking assets on lease, in maintenance, in storage, or available for deployment.
• Work with JSSI Legal to prepare and execute the lease agreement with the lessor; confirm a valid Certificate of Insurance prior to shipment.
• Arrange shipping and logistics, and serve as the customer's primary point of contact for the full lease term.
• Coordinate monthly billing, including lease hour recordings and timely invoicing.
