Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking an Asset Event Manager & Planner to own the full lease asset lifecycle for JSSI Parts & Engines. You will maintain an 18-month demand forecast and align assets to customer needs, guiding each event from delivery through post-lease redeployment.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Logistics, Tech, and Maintenance to keep assets on schedule, while coordinating billing and customer communications during the lease term.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in aviation operations, planning, leasing, or a client-facing asset management role.
• Ability to manage a dynamic forward schedule and multi-party transactions from initiation through close.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assets, timelines, stakeholders, and active lease events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage technical, commercial, and customer-facing audiences.
• Proficiency with planning, scheduling, or operational documentation systems; able to learn proprietary platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling 18-month forecast of lease asset demand; coordinate with technical teams on maintenance events and contracts.
• Build and manage the asset availability schedule; track assets on lease, in maintenance, in storage, or available for deployment.
• Coordinate with Legal to prepare and execute lease agreements and confirm COI before shipment.
• Arrange shipping/logistics and serve as the customer’s primary contact for the lease term.
• Coordinate monthly billing and lease hour recordings; manage post-lease inspection and redeployment.
