Metrea Special Management LLC seeks a Fleet and Asset Planner to forecast and optimize the C/KC-135 fleets, monitor aircraft status, and maximize availability. You will partner with Maintenance Planning leadership to ensure compliance with maintenance programs while maximizing utilization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate heavy maintenance, assess new aircraft integration, and drive performance improvements in a fast-moving, defense-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aviation maintenance operations
• Strong background in military aircraft maintenance and inspection programs
• Proficient with predictive, preventive, and prescriptive maintenance approaches
• Experience with aviation maintenance software platforms and MIS tools
• Proficient in database management and aviation regulatory compliance
• Project management experience and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with planners to execute long-range planning and aircraft integration
• Review maintenance records and determine phase-in requirements for new aircraft/powerplants
• Develop long-range forecasts for fleet performance with subject-matter experts
• Create fleet scheduling and rotation plans to support maintenance activities
• Coordinate aircraft availability planning with cross-functional teams
• Analyze fleet utilization and maintain availability of major components
• Monitor forecasts to meet airworthiness and inspection requirements
• Develop work scopes for heavy maintenance checks and major components
