Job summary

Irving Tissue is seeking an Asset Leader to oversee manufacturing operations, maintenance, and KPI-driven improvements at our Macon, GA site. Reporting to the Converting Manager, you will coordinate resources, guide teams, and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and technical skills, with a focus on process stability and continuous improvement. This is a 100% onsite position with relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in an operations leadership role in a Consumer Packaged Goods processing facility.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and change leadership.
• Excellent communication and advanced computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor measurement systems to ensure consistency between crews and communicate KPIs.
• Coordinate maintenance and resources for daily operations and scheduled down days.
• Develop a culture of continuous development and improvement; coach Process Techs and Engineers.
• Lead Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to evaluate upgrades and design improvements.
• Support site leaders in long-range planning and objectives.
