Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams to drive reliability and process stability, while coaching engineers and operators to sustain gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or CPG processing environment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement.
• Strong coaching and leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
• Lead improvement initiatives and coordinate maintenance resources.
• Coach Process Engineers, Process Technicians and operating teams.
