Job summary

Infinitek Limited in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of asset performance, reliability and continuous improvement across the site. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams to drive reliability and process stability, while coaching engineers and operators to sustain gains.

• 5+ years’ operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or CPG processing environment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

• Work across Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

The Role

• You’ll work across Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability, process stability and overall plant performance.
• You’ll lead improvement initiatives, coordinate maintenance resources, troubleshoot operational issues and coach Process Engineers, Process Technicians and operating teams.
