Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
  • Experience in developing or administering SharePoint or Microsoft based tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and oversee the agency's asset inventory within SharePoint.
  • Track the assignment, return, condition, and lifecycle of assets including radios, vehicles, protective equipment, and technology.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency standards.
  • Communicate inventory shortages, damage, or replacement needs to the Finance/Administration leadership.
  • Coordinate distribution and collection of equipment for new hires, separations, and transfers.
  • Monitor asset use to ensure safety, accountability, and adherence to policy.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, statistics, and summaries related to inventory.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
