TekSynap invites qualified professionals to join as Inventory Specialist to support the Enterprise Service Desk for the Defense Logistics Agency. This on-site role at Fort Belvoir, VA involves managing hardware requests, inventories, and auditable ITAMS records while collaborating with Archer and other teams to meet mission needs.

The position requires a secret clearance, US citizenship, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Excel, and BI tools.

Qualifikationen

Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity required.
Forklift certification if local work area requires.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel on-site.
Minimum one year of relevant warehouse experience.
Minimum one year of asset data entry and reporting from inventory systems.
Minimum one year of physical inventories.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe.
One year of ServiceNow experience.
Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus.
US Citizen is required.

Aufgaben

Review ServiceNow portal requests and fulfill tasks per policy.
Support local and regional hardware requests and inventory.
Respond to RFIs within 24 hours.
Perform cyclical inventories of DLA IT equipment.
Maintain auditable digital hardware records in ITAMS/ServiceNow.
Prepare site inventory reports and address variances.
Coordinate receiving/shipping of hardware.
