Job summary

Apache Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an Asset Coordinator in Omaha, NE to manage tools, equipment and fleet assets across the yard. You will track inventory, coordinate requisitions and ensure timely delivery to project teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, performing asset audits, and supporting site mobilization with proper allocation and return of resources. Prior experience in industrial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial services experience preferred.
• Experience tracking company owned assets.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, equipment and fleet assets.
• Record incoming/outgoing assets accurately.
• Coordinate asset requisitions and deliveries with project teams.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
• Organize yard for efficient retrieval and storage.
• Oversee repair, recertification or replacement of assets.
• Maintain asset logs in digital/physical systems (InOne, Tenna).
• Ensure safety, quality and procedural compliance in handling assets.
• Support mobilization/demobilization with resource allocation.
• Assist training of yard personnel on inventory procedures.
