Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial services experience.
• Experience tracking company-owned assets.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of company-owned assets using software programs.
• Record all incoming and outgoing assets, tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate asset requisitions with project teams for timely delivery of equipment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, inspections, and audits to track asset usage and condition.
• Organize yard to optimize space and retrieval efficiency.
• Oversee repair, recertification, or replacement of damaged or worn-out tools and equipment.
• Maintain digital and/or physical logs for asset tracking systems (e.g., InOne, Tenna).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures during material handling and storage.
• Support site mobilization and demobilization activities with proper allocation and return of resources.
• Assist with training yard personnel on inventory control procedures and equipment handling.
