Job summary

Apache Industrial Services is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage inventory, maintenance, and tracking of tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles used in soft craft operations. You will ensure yard assets are organized and readily available to support field operations and project schedules.

Responsibilities include using Quantify to maintain records, coordinating asset requisitions with project teams, and conducting audits to track asset condition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial services experience preferred.
• Experience tracking company owned assets.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets using software.
• Record incoming/outgoing assets including tools and vehicles.
• Coordinate asset requisitions with project teams for timely delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
• Organize yard to optimize space and retrieval.
• Oversee repair, recertification, or replacement of damaged tools.
• Maintain asset logs in digital and/or physical systems.
• Ensure safety and procedures in material handling.
• Support site mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Train yard personnel on inventory control.
