Job summary

apacheip is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage inventory, maintenance, and tracking of tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles used in soft craft operations. You will ensure yard assets are organized and readily available to support field operations and project schedules.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial services, experience tracking assets, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency with Quantify and related logging systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial services experience.
• Experience tracking company-owned assets.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of assets using Quantify.
• Record incoming and outgoing assets and maintain logs.
• Coordinate asset requisitions and timely delivery with project teams.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
• Organize the yard to optimize space and retrieval efficiency.
• Oversee repair, recertification, or replacement of damaged tools and equipment.
• Maintain digital/physical logs in asset tracking systems (InOne, Tenna).
• Ensure safety, quality, and procedures in material handling and storage.
• Support site mobilization and demobilization activities with proper allocation of resources.
• Assist training yard personnel on inventory control procedures.
