Job summary

The Department of Correction (DOC) seeks an Associate Fiscal/Administrative Officer to provide leadership in asset management and central services operations. You will supervise a team, ensure compliance with procurement regulations, and oversee annual physical inventory across correctional facilities.

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule and may include a hybrid work model after the working test period.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fiscal administrative functions, including accounting or budgeting.
• 1 year of experience at a professional level in fiscal/administrative roles.
• Ability to supervise professional and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operations of fiscal management units.
• Monitor compliance with state property control requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
