Job summary

The SRI Conference seeks a Credit Risk Analyst to evaluate counterparties across Asset Backed Structured Finance, Real Estate Corporate, and CRE mortgage financing. You will perform both quantitative and qualitative risk analyses and support senior staff with ongoing monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities include understanding rating methodologies, disclosures, and transaction structures, with a focus on clear written communication and timely escalation of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in qualifications.
• 1–2 years in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, or related credit analysis desired.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Assess credit risk and financial strength of counterparts via quantitative and qualitative credit analyses.
• Perform counterparty reviews and recommend internal risk ratings.
• Monitor counterparties and industry subsectors; report impacts to senior management.
• Develop understanding of rating methodologies, disclosures, and transaction structures.
• Identify and escalate risk issues.
• Monitor performance against covenants and underwriting expectations.
• Assist senior team with regulatory initiatives and audits.
