Responsibilities

• Interpret capital regulations and determine appropriate capital treatment for transactions and proposals.
• Provide independent oversight of the capital management framework, including adequacy assessments and distribution strategies.
• Monitor market and macro developments and assess impact on risk-weighted assets and capital requirements.
• Collaborate with Strats to perform scenario analysis supporting capital planning and stress testing.
• Communicate clear analyses of regulatory capital matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Review regulatory capital methodologies and assumptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assess regulatory developments and provide independent risk perspectives on implementation and strategy.
