Knobelsdorff (KE) in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse/Facilities Coordinator to support the Assets and Facilities team by overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet assets.

You will coordinate shipping, receiving, tool and equipment management, and develop reports to improve utilization and reduce costs. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and proactive problem solving within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred in business administration or facilities management.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, inventory control, logistics, fleet management, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and fleet/inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and documentation.
• Track inventory levels and perform audits and reconciliations.
• Manage tool, equipment, and fleet assets and scheduling.
• Develop reports and dashboards focusing on utilization and costs.
