Job summary

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, asset utilization, and collaboration with Operations and Project Management to improve accountability and planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, inventory control, logistics, fleet management, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, fleet management software, and equipment tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Strong analytical skills to track utilization, costs, and performance metrics.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards and using data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Support warehouse organization and layout improvements.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; label and store materials.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and documentation; communicate with vendors and internal teams.
• Track inventory levels, perform audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas and inventory systems.
• Coordinate equipment check-in/check-out and calibration schedules.
• Manage fleet maintenance, scheduling, and compliance; track assets and costs.
