Valcourt is seeking an Experienced Warehouse & Asset Coordinator in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on managing tools, equipment, trailers, and fleet support, ensuring assets are tracked, maintained, distributed, and recovered to support project execution.

The position emphasizes asset management, tool control, trailer inventories, and warehouse operations. You will prepare and issue tools, supervise inventory, conduct inspections, and ensure security, organization, and safety in the warehouse

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in warehouse operations, construction support, equipment management, fleet management, or related field preferred.
Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a complete inventory of all tools, equipment, trailers, and fleet assets.
Utilize the asset management application to track assignments, transfers, repairs, inspections, and returns.
Maintain asset tagging and accurate records of locations and responsible personnel.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Report missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for assets and coordinate replacements as needed.
Keep warehouses organized, safe, and compliant; support project operations as required.
