Job summary

Summit Line Construction, based near Heber City, UT, is seeking an Asset Coordinator to join the Phoenix team. This role supports the coordination, tracking, documentation, and management of rental equipment, fleet vehicles, tools, and company assets across multiple locations.

You will work closely with the Fleet Manager, project teams, vendors, warehouse personnel, and field operations to ensure accurate records and timely deployment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in equipment or tool rental operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, rental processes, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset records and update tracking systems across locations.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, transfers, and returns with vendors and teams.
• Travel to multiple job sites to perform on-site audits and counts.
• Support monthly asset reporting and cost-tracking activities.
