Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Property Control Department's operations and staff.
• Develops policies to maintain inventory of equipment, vehicles, buildings, land, and infrastructure.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and institutional policies for property accountability.
• Reviews monthly reconciliations and journal entries related to the Comptroller’s Office.
• Coordinates asset management systems projects, requirements, and user training.
