Job summary

The Asset Manager will track, safeguard, audit, and manage assets across facilities, departments, and units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and control of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in asset management, logistics, or inventory control.
• Experience implementing asset management systems from the ground up desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise asset management systems, policies, and SOPs.
• Conduct physical inventories, asset tagging, and chain-of-custody tracking.
• Manage issuance, transfer, storage, maintenance, and disposal of company property.
• Track assets including equipment, supplies, vehicles, and real estate-related property.
