Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; college work preferred.
• Competencies include analytical thinking, organization, and strong communication.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plate and permit tractors and trailers.
• Filing and organizing records and documents.
• Add and update asset information in TMT and TMW systems.
• Maintain asset documentation by indexing and organizing tractor/trailer documents in EBE.
• Answer emails or calls as needed.
• Contact drivers regarding permits, plates, and transponders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
