Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree with strong financial or business background.
• Graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028 ONLY.
• Minimum 3.3 GPA required.
• Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in financial analysis, corporate finance and financial markets.
• Good working knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to draw conclusions based on financial data.
• Process orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ability to find, research and assess financial information.
• Develop understanding of pitching, structuring, monitoring and executing ABL transactions to targeted Fifth Third clients.
• Support day-to-day coverage, origination, and transaction management responsibilities for existing and prospective clients including covered Sponsors.
• Develop familiarity with broad economic and market trends.
• Support underwriting approval and loan closing processes including loan systems setup and administration and preparation of presentation materials for credit approval.
• Preparation of pitch materials and market updates for client meetings.
• Work with ABL group, in addition to other corporate banking groups on deal team presentations.
• Apply knowledge of credit analysis, asset-based lending and capital markets activity.
