Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Graduating Class of 2027.
• GPA 3.3 or higher.
• Experience or interest in Corporate & Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and/or Capital Markets is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant internships and co-op program experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and develop understanding of ABL transactions for Fifth Third clients.
• Support day-to-day coverage, origination, and transaction management for existing and prospective clients.
• Prioritize and support a pipeline of ABL financing opportunities.
• Assist underwriting approval and loan closing processes including systems setup and presentation materials.
• Monitor and manage existing deals.
• Manage time effectively while supporting multiple opportunities and internal deal teams.
• Apply knowledge of credit analysis, asset-based lending, and capital markets activity.
• Complete required compliance training.
