• Review Asset Backed Finance Group portfolio regularly.
• Renew or modify deals; work on amendments and terms changes.
• Coordinate field exams on existing facilities and communicate with clients.
• Capture and document credit decisions, conditions and modifications.
• Refresh transaction risk ratings; collaborate with relationship managers and analysts.
