Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Trust Real Estate Administrator to support the Regional Trust Real Estate Manager in servicing the client base and increasing client satisfaction. This role requires strong problem solving, detail orientation, and proficiency with Excel and Word to manage real estate data and trust systems.

The position involves assisting with title insurance, appraisals, and property inspections, while collaborating with the ASG to process related bills and maintain accounting interfaces.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Trust Real Estate Administrator or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong technical skills in order to provide system administration and support.
• Detail oriented and good problem solving skills.
• Deep consideration for success of team members and support for the mission of the organization.
• Understanding of company policies, procedures and operations.
• Effective customer relations.

• Provides necessary maintenance/interfaces for trust and real estate accounting systems.
• Pro-active with a sense of urgency for client services and completion of projects/tasks.
• Assists with property inspections and meeting third-party vendors.
