Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee trust real estate and private bank assets in Missouri. You will manage 50–100 residential properties, coordinate all property-management activities, and lead negotiations for purchases, sales and leases while ensuring risk controls.

Required are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a real estate license or coursework, 5+ years of experience, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Real estate salesperson license or coursework for license is preferred.
• Minimum of five years work-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills for multi-tasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pro-active and effective management of trust real estate and other special assets for the Private Bank.
• Responsible for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, raising concerns, and following policies and procedures.
• Achieve results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
• Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 50-100 mostly residential properties.
• Coordinate all aspects of property management within dynamic environments.
• Assume leadership in oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
• Provide communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, and other service providers.
• Provide oversight services for renovations, modifications and repair projects for assigned properties.
