You will provide user support, training, and basic administration for RCampus, collaborating with faculty and campus partners to document student learning, program review, and accreditation activities. The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Masters in higher education, educational technology, instructional design, data/analytics, or related field.
• Prior experience providing front-line support or training for a learning management system, assessment platform, or similar educational technology.
• Familiarity with basic reporting from educational systems and with regional accreditation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support, training, and basic administration for RCampus.
• Work with faculty and campus partners to promote effective use of the assessment platform and documentation of learning, program review, and accreditation activities.
• Assist in producing standard reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
