Carrollton Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an Assessment Specialist RN to join our behavioral health team for full-time night shifts. You will support clinical, operational and administrative excellence to deliver compassionate patient care.
Requirements include: graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, CPR and de‑escalation certification (or obtained within 30 days). Psychiatric facility experience and crisis care are preferred.
