Sycamore Springs is seeking an RN, Assessment Specialist/Intake Specialist in Lafayette, IN, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role focuses on initial assessment, service referrals, and determining appropriate care levels for patients.
Responsibilities include documenting symptoms and needs, coordinating with physicians and insurers, and maintaining accurate preadmission records while delivering compassionate patient service.
Monday through Friday 7a-3:30 pm
Monday through Friday 11p-7:30 am or
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7p-7:30a
