Responsibilities

• Screen walk-in and phone callers and refer to appropriate services.
• Facilitate admissions to inpatient or OPS as needed.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments and explain outpatient options.
• Enter patient information into TRIMS and document communications.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the organization well.
• Provide crisis management and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Work weekend AM shifts (0700am-330pm) as available.
