The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is seeking an Assessment Development Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN. This hybrid role focuses on developing certification examinations for radiologic practice, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content validity and security.

Responsibilities include leading selected examinations, coordinating with committees, and ensuring accuracy of materials while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Current ARRT certification and registration
• Radiologic technology educator, education program director, or related experience

Mansioni

• Provide Certified and Registered Technologist expertise to ARRT's Assessment Department.
• Serve as the project lead for selected ARRT certification examinations.
• Partner with committees of subject matter experts to develop, evaluate, and refine examination content and test forms.
• Help ensure the accuracy, security, content validity, and clinical relevance of ARRT examinations and related materials.
• Monitor committee rotations and assist with recruitment for committee appointments.
• Manage and deliver assigned ARRT project work.
