Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Licensed to practice by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification and crisis intervention training within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.

Additional Requirements: CPR/AED/First Aid certification, non violent physical crisis intervention completion & appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining process. Must pass a medication administration exam.
