Bloomington Meadows Hospital is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to facilitate requests for services and resource referrals, and to assess patient and family clinical needs. You will interface with managed care organizations and other payors while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Candidates should hold a current RN Indiana license or a Master’s degree in behavioral health, with preferred experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment within behavioral health

Education: Current RN Indiana license or Master's Degree in a behavioral health field.
Experience: Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, or basic chemical dependency.
