Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks an Assessment Analyst at MacDill AFB, FL to drive data-driven AM&E activities supporting CENTCOM communications and operations. The role focuses on applying statistical and qualitative methods to identify trends and inform improvements.

You will develop assessment frameworks, implement data collection tools, and collaborate with program managers to translate findings into actionable changes. Strong communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in assessment, data analysis, or a related field.
• Expertise in assessment methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with OSD AM&E guidance, templates, and frameworks.
• Ability to present data in clear, actionable formats with recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis using statistical and qualitative methods to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with operational goals.
• Use surveys, questionnaires, and evaluation protocols to collect valid data.
• Collaborate with program managers, decision makers, and DoW stakeholders to present findings and implement improvements.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to CENTCOM leadership to support process adjustments.
• Provide real-time analytical support during crises or emergent events.
