Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking an Assembly Technician in Milton, VT. You will assemble, fit, install, and test components, supporting alpha/beta launches and documenting procedures. The role requires reading blueprints, mechanical/electrical assembly skills, and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

We offer a defined shift pattern with potential overtime, on-site facilities, and a collaborative team. A college diploma or apprenticeship is preferred, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings.
• Experience with measuring/inspection equipment.
• Crane and forklift experience noted as beneficial.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, evaluate, and prepare inspection reports for components.
• Assemble and install sub-assemblies into machine tool systems.
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Support alpha/beta product launches and document procedures.
• Flex between Assembly and Refurbishment cells as needed.
• Troubleshoot fit, form and function issues and provide field support.
