Job summary

Husky Technologies in Milton, Vermont is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to perform manual tasks and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts within close tolerances. You will read blueprints, deburr, and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and documents.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain tooling in peak condition.
• Read mechanical drawings to understand specifications and desired results.
• Translate instructions into CNC machine commands for correct function.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Supervise machine during program execution and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished parts and compare to requirements.
