Job summary

Electric Mirror LLC in Everett, WA is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Associate responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and finished goods to ensure units function to spec.

You will read test procedures, schematics, and drawings; assemble parts; test functionality; replace defective wiring; and document time and progress in the company data system. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life & AD&D, paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Able to read schematics and identify electronic components.
  • Able to electronically troubleshoot to the component level, with a working knowledge of related tools and test equipment.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes.
  • Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • Moderate computer skills.
  • Experience using power tools and hand tools.

Position Overview

This position will be responsible for manufacturing the mechanical or electrical components for a variety of parts, subassemblies, and finished goods to ensure the unit functions according to specifications.

Essential Job Functions

  • Reads test procedures, performance specifications, and drawings to perform testing procedures
  • Assemble parts, subassemblies, and finish goods assemblies
  • Test the product for functionality and compare results to specifications
  • Replaces/Repairs defective wiring and components
  • Operates equipment to verify internal assembly and alignment of parts according to specifications
  • Accounts for time and work completed via an online computer data collection system

Requirements

  • Stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per day

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $19.77 - $22.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
