Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions is seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our production team in St. Louis.

You will assemble components and finished products while following procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. You will work closely with production leaders to meet daily goals, ensure quality, and follow established work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Meet production goals and performance expectations.
• Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or process concerns.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain tools and work areas according to established standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Location: Maryland Heights, MO | Job Type: Full-time, on-site | Starting Rate: $20 per hour. Pay is subject to overtime based on hours worked.

• Exposure to moving mechanical equipment
• Standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive hand movements required throughout the shift
• Moderate noise levels typical of a production setting

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hands and fingers to handle tools, materials, and equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform close visual inspection of parts and finished products
