Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify quality and productivity standards in production.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring devices.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to meet goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or measurements.
• Assembles components and checks fits and connections.
• Resolves assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specs.
• Maintains safety and clean working environment per procedures.
• Maintains inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Communicates with supervisor about potential issues.
• Performs other duties as directed.
