Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of solar panels, batteries, and related components.
• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and components according to established procedures.
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures to complete tasks accurately.
• Read and interpret wiring schematics to perform electrical wiring and connections correctly.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently during assembly operations.
• Perform visual inspections on assembled products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Handle and assemble small parts that require good hand coordination and fine motor skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient and safe production.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and quality processes throughout the manufacturing and assembly workflow.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
