Job summary

Aerotek seeks a hands-on electro-mechanical assembler for a contract-to-hire role in Santa Ana, CA. The position involves assembling complex components, wire harnesses, test racks, and junction boxes with hand soldering and fabrication.

You will validate and test electronics using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers, perform operational checks, and troubleshoot. A short practical test may be required during hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Able to read diagrams and work instructions.

Description:

• Work for a military and defense facility, either supporting missile or drone assembly

• Mechanically assemble complex electro-mechanical assemblies, high-quality wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and associated components involving hand soldering and component fabrication

• Perform validation and testing of various electronic components using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks

• Complete operational checks, testing, and troubleshooting

• Other duties may be assigned

• A hands-on practical test may be required as part of the hiring process

Requirements:

Pay:

• $27/hr - $36/hr

Work Schedule:

• 1 st Shift (7am-3:30pm)

• Overtime is available during the week and on Saturdays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
