Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small and precision components following work instructions, drawings, and procedures.
• Perform hand soldering, bonding processes, and cable assembly.
• Work with microscopes and small hand tools to complete detailed assembly tasks.
• Conduct basic product testing and inspection activities.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and work order records.
• Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hand assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Hand soldering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Comfortable using tweezers, picks, X-Acto knives, and other small hand tools.
• Experience with precision hobbies or crafts such as cross-stitch, needlepoint, model building, jewelry making, or similar fine-detail work is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.
